Each one shows the code live on your site today, next to the fixed version.
Schema types are case-sensitive. Professionalservice isn't on schema.org; ProfessionalService is. The same block uses "NYC" as your city, puts the full address in the street line, and points your ID at a Google search URL. A parser that rejects the unknown type can skip your name, phone and address with it.

Your sitemaps list 874 URLs, so at one page a minute a full pass takes about 14½ hours, and new pages wait their turn.

/web-design/ carries Service markup but no question-and-answer block. When someone asks "who should build my custom website in New York," AI tools favor a short, quotable answer with a name, a place and a proof point. Here's the shape (your real numbers go in the brackets):
Marked up as FAQPage and repeated on Clutch and DesignRush so the facts match everywhere.
The code on your homepage says 111 John St, Suite 460, NY 10038. The footer on every page says 169 Madison Avenue, Ste 15613, NY 10016. AI tools cross-check a business's name, address and phone across your site, Google Business Profile, Clutch and DesignRush. Two addresses on your own site make Big Drop look like two businesses, or an uncertain one. Pick one and use it everywhere.
